Raiding Prerequisites & Essentials

If you're wishing to complete raids with us, there are a few things you will need to complete first:

1) DOWNLOAD VENTRILO! (Compulsory)
Ventrilo is a multi-platform voice chat program, which will enable us to communicate and explain boss fights during raids. This program will reduce wipes, and add convenience for the raid party leaders. We strongly recommend you invest in a microphone for your computer if you do not already have one (prices start from as little as $7), however we are not going to make you fork out money just to play with us.

The program is FREE to download and can be obtained from this website:

Once there select the appropriate client for your computer, and once downloaded you will be asked to enter our chat details which can be found in the guild information post here: https://praetorianaus.board-directory.net/t1-about-the-guild.
Once connected you're set and ready to go!

2) ADDON: DEADLY BOSS MODS [DBM] (Recommended)
This add-on will alert you to upcoming boss fights in raid and dungeon instances. It lets you know when to run, when to interrupt, and when to hit the johnson. This tool is essential for successful raiders and will help you through the tougher fights which involve a lot of mechanics.
